We can use this office solution that is similar to Google Docs Editors suite to further lower our operation cost if we need to use some functions that existed in Google Spreadsheet. Google Workspace requires paid subscription while the workspace we build for ourselves does not incur cost more than hosting cost. Besides we can be assured that our data is 100% encrypted in our server without the concern of scanning by third party.
This demo version is for demonstration purpose, so its data, service could be deleted anytime. It is also freely available for everyone.
By using authentication function and user control, we can deploy it like Google Docs Editors . When it is needed, it could be fully in production for real world use.
